Our standard Colombian coffee is Medellin Excelso, grown in the Central Cordillera. This quality is known for its smooth, well balanced flavour. It also produces lots of heavy body; roasted slightly darker it brings out a lovely nutty taste. Ideal for filter, cafetiere or espresso. The most popular all round original coffee. No one can understand the truth until he drinks of its frothy goodness. San Agustin, a superior Columbian Estate producing a higher quality product through more intensive farming and more careful selection processes.

Our coffees are from selected estates and all grown over 2,000 metres. These are marked SHB (strictly hard bean) a feature of top arabica coffees. The higher altitude allows the beans to mature slowly, increasing acidity and giving a fuller flavour. Its mild flavour makes Costa Rican coffee very good for breakfast.

Papua New Guinea is produced in the mountainous Eastern Highlands at Purosa where soil is rich and dark in colour with volcanic origins. The coffee is produced by traditional methods – the trees have never seen chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The coffee has a chocolate, nutty flavour with a slight fruity finish.
