	Cafe Azzurro Fairtrade Costa Rican Strength Guide 2 Our coffees are from selected estates and all grown over 2,000 metres. These are marked SHB (strictly hard bean) a feature of top arabica coffees. 	Cafe Azzurro Fairtrade Papua New Guinean Organic Strength Guide 3 Papua New Guinea is produced in the mountainous Eastern Highlands at Purosa where soil is rich and dark in colour with volcanic origins.
