How to Order here for next day delivery!

  1. To place an order simply "click" on the category box which shows the type of ingredients you require
  2. Find the precise product, and click on "Buy Now" if you want to buy a full case, or "Try Now" if you just want single packets.
  3. You will then be taken to an ordering page, simply insert the quantity you want in the box provided, select your preferred shipping method, and click on recalculate. The total invoice price will be shown.
  4. To add further products click on "Continue Shopping"
  5. When you have selected all the items you require, make sure you have selected your shipping type, press "recalculate" again, and then press "Go to payments"
  6. All goods, (except hampers and where otherwise specified) which are ordered by 2pm will be despatched the same day, subject to the validation of your credit card. As we use outside couriers we cannot be held responsible for deliveries which arrive late. In the event that goods are undelivered or returned to us due to circumstances beyond our control, then no refund will be given. A re-delivery charge may be applicable in some circumstances.
  7. There are no delivery charges within the UK for orders over £100.00, if you choose to have your goods delivered by our 48 hour service or if you live within 10 miles of Touchwood, Solihull. We use www.theaa.com to calculate the distance.
  8. Delivery charges will apply to all UK orders under £100.00 , and all orders outside of the UK in Europe. The scale will be shown on when you select the delivery service you require (24hour, 48 hour etc.,). Delivery charges subject to VAT.
  9. Whilst the product listing pages are NOT secure, you WILL be transferred to an SSL secure server to enter your credit card details.
  10. If you do not wish to purchase in full cases, you are more than welcome to order single packets from our samples. You may "mix and match" samples and full cases if you wish.
  11. In the event that your credit card is declined, we will resubmit it weekly for three months unless advised by you in writing not to do so. After three months, if your card is still declined, we will cancel the order, without further notification.
  12. No refund will be given if we are unable to deliver the goods for any reason whatsooever. Please ensure that the delivery address including postcode is correct and there will be someone there during 9.00 - 5.00 to accept delivery. If there is not going to be anyone to accept delivery, please provide an alternative address.
